Event Location

Hall 8, National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, B40 1NT

Please note Hall 8 is in the Atrium side of the NEC.

Entrance to the show is free. Please register to visit here using the button above.

Seminars and Feature Zones

You must book to attend any of the seminars. Register to visit, book your seminars, and plan your time here.

We advise pre-booking all your seminars to avoid disappointment. Parents and Education Practitioners with seminar bookings in the Education and Parents Theatres may also book a place for their children (under 16s).

Feature zones are free to attend and do not require pre-booking, however available seating is not guaranteed. You can schedule feature zone presentations of interest alongside seminars when you register to visit.

Print Your Badge

Before attending the show log in to your booking and print your badge to miss the queues at our badge printing station.

Travel

There are multiple ways to easily reach the NEC including by car or public transport, click here for more information on the NEC website. 

By train: there is a direct covered link from Birmingham International Railway Station to the NEC.

By car: the NEC is located next to Junction 6 of the M42.

Carparking

The NEC has extensive visitor car parking. We recommend using North Car Parks 2 to 4 for our event. Free shuttle buses run regularly from the car parks to the Atrium Main Entrance. We recommend that you book your car parking in advance as it is cheaper than on the day. Car parking, including disabled parking, can be booked online via the NEC website

Accessibility

All levels of the NEC are accessible to wheelchair users, via lifts, and have wheelchair friendly toilet facilities. The Piazza and Atrium main entrances have automatic doors.

Catering

There is catering available both inside the show hall and throughout the NEC. All catering establishments are accepting cards and contactless payments only. Further information and guidance can be found at the NEC website here.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom is available adjacent to the hall entrance. Payment is by card or contactless only.
